Andrew Chuks
Andrew believes that a better understanding is the first step to sustainable improvement. From a young age Andrew began to explore how people, systems, teams, and groups worked and how to make them work better. With a background in analytical thinking as a chemical engineer, Andrew has since become a seminar leader, trainer and coach in the science of leadership and the art of making things work better. Aided with over 5 years experience and certification with Toastmasters the international public speaking organisation, Andrew helps individuals, teams, groups and companies become better leaders through technical and non-technical leadership skills. This includes executive presence and impact, intrinsic motivation and achievement, and advanced presentation skills for maximum influence. His previous clients include American Express, CEO’s including a fortune 100 CEO, and a Channel 4 television presenter.
Solveig Malvik
Solveig is a eclectic professional with a range of experience through out Europe and the Middle East. Solveig’s expertise is in Personal Presence, Communication and Charisma. Solveig is passionate about how we as humans engage and communicate, how we view the world around us and make an impact on others.
Born and raised in Norway, Solveig has lived the last 10 years abroad and in the UK since 2008. Solveig is the European Public Speaking Champion for 2010, and has spoken in front of audiences in Norway, Denmark, Japan, the UK, Belgium, Dubai and counting.
Always interested in how humans relate to each other and communicate Solveig has studied corruption and tribes in the Middle East in Lebanon and Jordan, conflict management in Tokyo, conflict resolution in Romania, peace keeping in Italy, Arabic in Yemen, training in Tunisia and coaching in the UK. In addition to her native language and English Solveig speaks French and Arabic and is currently refreshing her Japanese.
Solveig runs her own company Total Presence Ltd and together with Switched on Development delivers the training series Totally Switched On which Solveig insists is the sushi of personal development – healthy, fresh and cool.
